A different history of Paris
Gothic Paris is more than dark architecture. Literature, cemeteries, visual art, performance and fashion shape the stories people tell about the city after sunset.
Alternative scenes have their own codes and forms of expression. Fetish and BDSM cultures are approached as cultural subjects, with attention to informed consent, community norms and the context behind their visual language.
The city after dark
An experience may focus on cultural history, nocturnal atmosphere, alternative aesthetics or a combination of these interests. A cultural guided tour is distinct from an optional nightlife experience.
Independent venues and special events may be considered when suitable opportunities exist. They are not automatically included: schedules, age restrictions, dress codes, capacity and admission policies remain those of the venue.

Participation in a cultural tour never implies participation in intimate activities. Privacy, personal boundaries, consent and venue rules are essential throughout the experience.
